Refund policy

Given the nature of our work, we cannot refund photography services that have already occurred.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please send us an email at info@nextgenphotos.org and we will explore ways we can make it right.

Our cancellation policy requires you to provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period are subject to a cancellation fee and loss of deposit.
