Next Gen Package
Ideal for:
Businesses and charities that believe in our work and can afford our market photography rate.
Rates:
Our rate is $125/hour for on-site shoots.
We also bill $40/hour for the editing time required (1.0 hrs billed for every 1.0 hrs on-site).
Details:
This package includes the full Next Gen Team (2 photographers) for your event and project needs.
Community Package
Ideal for:
Charities, nonprofits, groups, and individuals that require an affordable photography rate.
Rates:
Our rate is $90/hour for on-site shoots.
We also bill $30/hour for the editing time required (1.0 hrs billed for every 1.0 hrs on-site).
Details:
This package includes the full Next Gen Team (2 photographers) for your event and project needs.
Discount Package
Ideal for:
Groups and individuals that cannot otherwise afford professional photography.
Rates:
Our rate is $50/hour for on-site shoots.
We also bill $25/hour for the editing time required (1.0 hrs billed for every 1.0 hrs on-site).

We offer full-service photography services in the Waterloo Region. This includes business/charity events, product photos, sports photography, professional branding photography, people photography, and lifestyle photography, just to name a few!
We do not offer wedding photography through our standard package model. Please reach out to us if you are looking for wedding photography!
Our Next Gen Photography team is equipped with Canon EOS R50 Mirrorless Cameras, a professional camera released in 2023.
Our cameras are high-quality, versatile, and offer many advanced image features that will enable our teams to capture perfect photos.
We offer three tiers of pricing: Next Gen Package, Affordable Package, and Community Package.
We bill by the hour and bill for editing time. Our straightforward pricing model enables you to calculate how much it would cost to hire Next Gen Photography.
Our pricing includes local travel time (up to 25km from Kitchener City Hall). Non-local travel will require an additional fee.
We will provide proofs to review within 2-4 business days of your photoshoot. Once the proofs are approved, the final photos will be sent after 2-4 business days.
Expedited photography services are available upon request.
Yes! We provide theory and hands-on training for our youth photographers regularly. We partner with local professional photographers to meet with our Next Gen team and share their tips, tricks, and advice.
Yes. We have general liability insurance (ex: property damages and injuries), professional liability insurance (ex: accidental deletion of photos), and equipment insurance (ex: stolen equipment).
Generally, we prefer at least one week's notice for our projects to ensure we can prepare effectively for our shoots!

Pay for a deposit for our services.
We will contact you 24-48 hours after your deposit to learn more about the photoshoot and provide a full quote. Immediately after your deposit is paid, you will receive an email to complete a project form.
